Saft to set up new JV with Tianneng Group in China for lithium-ion batteries
Saft will own 40% stake of new JV, while the Tianneng Group will hold remaining stake
Saft has signed an agreement with China-based Tianneng Group to set up a joint venture (JV) for lithium-ion battery manufacturing in China, the company announced in a press release on 4 April.
