Webasto buys shares of South Korean JV partner Donghee
The acquisition, which is the largest in company’s history to date, marks expansion of market position in Asia
Webasto has acquired the 50% stake of its South Korean joint venture (JV) partner Donghee in their JV Webasto Donghee, Webasto announced in a press release on 10 April.
