Lumax Auto forms JV with JOPP Holding to produce transmission products in India
Commercial production expected to start in Q4 FY2020
Lumax Auto Technologies has signed a 50:50 joint venture (JV) agreement with Germany-based Jopp holding to manufacture transmission products for the Indian automotive industry, according to Lumax’s regulatory filing on 11 April
