Nidec to acquire Omron Automotive Electronics
Acquisition expected to be completed by the end of 2019
Nidec has reached a purchase agreement with Omron Corporation to acquire its automotive electronics business, Omron Automotive Electronics, for JPY100 billion (USD893 million), the company said in a press release on 16 April.
