Tesla equipping all new vehicles with ‘Full Self-Driving’ computer
Company to launch autonomous Robotaxis in 2020
At an ‘Investor Day’ event held at its headquarters in Palo Alto, California (United States) on 22 April, Tesla announced that all of its new vehicles, including the entry-level Model 3, are now coming equipped with its new Full Self Drive (FSD) computer. The US-based automaker switched from NVIDIA’s self-driving platform to its custom chip for the Model S and Model X last month and for the Model 3 earlier this month.
