Aisin comCruise, AW Software agree to integrate management to accelerate in-vehicle software development
The planned move is expected to accelerate the development of in-vehicle software within the Aisin Group
Aisin Seiki, Aisin AW, Aisin comCruise and AW Software have reached basic agreement to initiate discussion towards management integration of Aisin con Cruise and AW Software, the Japanese supplier said in a press release on 23 April. The four companies will discuss the details of the management integration. They plan to complete the integration in October this year. The planned move is expected to accelerate the development of in-vehicle software within the group.
