SAIC’s Roewe Vision-i concept, when undergoes production, will be the first 5G car

SAIC Motor plans to start mass production of the world’s first 5G-equipped intelligent connected vehicle next year, Global Times reported. Last month, the Chinese automaker debuted its two new models at the Auto Shanghai 2019: the Roewe Marvel X Pro, a vehicle capable of L3 driving, and the Roewe Vision-i, a car with a screenless cockpit. The new Roewe Vision-i concept, when undergoes production next year, will be the first 5G car.
