New solution utilizes existing traffic management infrastructure and cellular data instead of acquiring dedicated roadside equipment, making deployment easier and cost efficient
Connected Signals has launched Signal Priority System (SPS) product suite, a cloud-based vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) technology that connects vehicles to traffic signals and provides prioritization of buses, pedestrians emergency medical service (EMS) vehicles and others, the company said in a press release.
