Ford partners with Amazon for in-car delivery service in US
Third automaker after GM and Volvo Cars to launch in-car delivery service
Ford has partnered with online retail giant Amazon to bring ‘Amazon In-Car’ delivery service to eligible Ford and Lincoln vehicles in the United States, the automaker said in a press release. According to the automaker, the partnership will enable the owners of the select Ford 2017 and later model year vehicles equipped with FordPass Connect, and Lincoln 2018 and later model year vehicles equipped with Lincoln Connect, to get delivery of products purchased online on Amazon directly in the trunk of their vehicles.
