FCC delays review of spectrum assigned to vehicle communication
Delay is due to a request from US Transport Secretory for more time
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has postponed a planned review of a band of spectrum currently reserve for the automotive industry for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications, Reuters reported on 16 May. Ajit Pai, chairman of FCC was scheduled to begin a comprehensive review of 75 megahertz of spectrum in the 5.9 GHz band next month.
