Toyota Boshoku, Delta Kogyo and Toyo Seat Co., Ltd. have signed a joint venture (JV) agreement for establish a JV in Alabama, United States to produce automotive seats, Toyota Boshoku and Delta Kogyo announced in a joint press release on 27 May
