JV is planning to launch the first vehicle under the brand later this year
GAC-NIO New Energy Vehicle Technology, a joint venture (JV) between GAC and electric vehicle (EV) start-up NIO, has introduced its new EV brand 'Hycan He Chuang', the company announced in a press release on 28 May.
