BMW has previewed the cabin image of its iNEXT electric SUV due 2021, showing a large-size, fully-digital ‘Curved Display,’ according to a press release by the German carmaker on 28 May. The company has merged information and control display areas to create a single unit that is curved towards the driver. The Curved Display is made of high-quality materials and is virtually freely suspended on the instrument cluster. According to BMW, its Curved Display is positioned in such a way that vehicle occupant cannot see its connection to the instrument panel.
