Acquisition to expand NXP’s industrial & IOT, automotive and communication infrastructure footprint
NXP Semiconductors, through its wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marvell Wireless Connectivity portfolio in an all-cash, asset transaction valued at USD1.76 billion, Dutch chipmaker announced in a press release on 29 May
