Mapbox partners with Luxoft to integrate AI and AR into in-vehicle navigation
Collaboration will help automakers deliver more personalized and customizable navigation experience in their next-generation vehicles
Mapbox has entered a collaboration with Luxoft to jointly create a new navigation system featuring artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR), the company said in a press release earlier this month. As part of the collaboration, the two companies will jointly deploy and integrate Mapbox’s AI location data platform and AR navigation into infotainment and navigation systems. The collaboration will help Mapbox’s automotive customers deliver more personalized and customizable navigation experience in their next-generation vehicles.
