NIO offers seven new features in ‘NIO Pilot’ advanced driver assistance system
Company also upgrades NIO OS operating system
Chinese electric vehicle (EV) start-up NIO has updated ‘NIO Pilot’ advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), the company said in a press release last week. The updated system now comes with seven new safety features including highway pilot, traffic jam pilot and auto lane changing. With the latest update, NIO claims its NIO Pilot supports Level 2 automated driving.
