Unex Technology, STMicroelectronics collaborate on V2X and secure telematics applications

The integration is expected to accelerate time-to-market for V2V and V2I applications at both at both hardware and software levels

STMicroelectronics has teamed up with Taiwan-based Unex Technology to collaborate on smart mobility platform, STMicroelectronics said in a press release on 24 June. Under the partnership, STMicroelectronics will integrate Unex’s SOM 301 vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system-on-module with its Telemaco3P Modular Telematics Platform (TC3P-MTP). The integration is expected to accelerate time-to-market for vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) applications at both at both hardware and software levels.
