Denso has decided to merge two of its subsidiaries - Nippon Wiper Blade Co., Ltd. and Asahi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to establish Denso Wiper Systems, Inc., effective on 1 October 2019, Denso announced in a press release on 1 July
