Adell Group strengthens automotive presence in North America with two acquisitions
Acquisition expands Adell’s geographical presence, customer base and product offerings
Adell Group Inc., a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (Kinderhook), has acquired US-based Powerflow Inc. and Powerflow Products Ltd., and Canada-based Gestion Solutions Plastik Inc., according to a press release by Kinderhook last month.
