Hyundai Mobis, Yandex unveil autonomous driving prototype
Two partners plan to have 100 such self-driving prototypes for testing on public roads in Moscow by end of this year
Hyundai Mobis and Yandex have unveiled their first self-driving prototype, based on jointly-developed fully autonomous platform, the company said in a press release on 12 July. The prototype, a modified Hyundai Sonata sedan, will go on trial in Moscow. Hyundai Mobis and Yandex plans to test 100 such autonomous cars on public roads in Moscow by the end of this year.
