Automaker also carries inspection of battery management system in all vehicles built at its Sanand plant between September 2017 and April 2019
Ford is voluntarily recalling 26,690 Endeavour SUVs in India to inspect front airbags, IANS reported on 22 July. The recalled vehicles are the previous-generation Endeavour, built at Ford’s Chennai plant in Tamil Nadu, India, between February 2004 and September 2014. According to Zigwheels, airbag inflators in the recalled Endeavour are sourced from Takata. The defective airbag inflators from the Japanese supplier have led automakers to recall millions of vehicles globally.
