Acquisition to expand PPG’s product offerings, R&D capabilities and market reach
PPG has signed a definitive agreement with private equity firm Sverica Capital Management LP to acquire Dexmet Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty materials for surfaces in aerospace, automotive and industrial applications, according to a company press release on 22 July
