Eco-friendly vehicles accounted for 2.8% of all registered cars during the 6-month period

Sales of electrified vehicles increased 30.4% year-on-year (y/y) to 70.142 units during the first half of the year ended 30 June 2019, Yonhap News Agency reported on 21 July, citing data from Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association (KAMA) and foreign automakers.
