CFIUS approves UQM Technologies’ merger with Danfoss subsidiary
Deal has already received approval by two-thirds of UQM shareholders
Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has given approval to UQM Technologies’ merger with Danfoss Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Danfoss, UQM announced in a press release on 25 July.
