Eberspächer develops Redundant Safety Switch for autonomous driving applications
German supplier to begin production of new switch for a customer later this year
Eberspaecher has developed a ‘Redundant Safety Switch’ for highly autonomous driving applications, the Germany-based supplier said in a press release on 25 July. According to the company, its new semiconductor-based switch offers greater reliability and robust design to meet the high demand of autonomous driving.
