Modine to sell stake in Nikkei Heat Exchanger JV
Sale expected to be completed within the next few weeks
Modine is planning to sell its entire 50% stake in Nikkei Heat Exchanger Company, a joint venture with Japan-based Nippon Light Metal Company, the company announced in a press release on 31 July.
