Minda receives NCLT order for merging five domestic wholly owned subsidiaries in India
Company expects merger to result in simplification of corporate structure and a larger standalone entity
Minda Corporation, the flagship company of India-based Spark Minda Group, has announced the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) of the scheme of amalgamating five domestic Indian wholly-owned subsidiary companies, according to a regulatory filing by the company on 5 August.
