Toyota Boshoku’s Q1 net profit rises marginally y/y to USD63.9 million
Company reaffirms FY2019/20 financial guidance
Toyota Boshoku’s net profit increased by 0.7% year-over-year (y/y) to JPY6.9 billion (USD63.9 million) in the first quarter ended 30 June 2019, the Japan-based automotive interior supplier said in a press release. The company reported marginal growth in net profit as revenue improved slightly by 0.2% y/y to JPY351.8 billion. However, Toyota Boshoku witnessed 1% y/y decline in operating profit in the first quarter to JPY14.7 billion.
