India’s Sona Group partners with Comstar Automotive to develop EV focused automotive technology platform
The combined entity Sona Comstar to use expertise of both companies in their respective domains to create an integrated electric drive unit to power drivetrains of EVs
India-based Sona BLW Precision Forging Ltd. and Blackstone’s automotive portfolio company Comstar Automotive Technologies Ltd. have announced the completion of a transaction that forges a partnership between the firms, Blackstone said in a press release on 30 August
