Continental considers spin-off of Powertrain Division
German supplier will examine the technical and legal requirements of a possible spin-off along with its ongoing preparation to launch partial IPO, sometime next year
Continental’s executive board has decided to consider the possibility of a complete spin-off its Powertrain Division and subsequent listing on stock exchange, the German automotive supplier said in a press release on 2 September.
