STMicroelectronics (STM) will supply high-efficiency silicon-carbide (SiC) power electronics to Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi (Alliance) for advanced on-board chargers (OBCs) for its upcoming electric vehicles (EVs), according to a company press release on 9 September
