General Motors recalls 177,276 vehicles in US to reprogram engine control module software
GM will notify owners and reprogram the ECM software, free of charge
General Motors (GM) has issued a recall of 177,216 vehicles owing to a faulty Engine Control Module (ECM). The affected model in this recall is the 2018 Chevrolet Malibu.
