New Mexico to adopt the standards by the end of 2020, and Minnesota will take 15 months
US states Minnesota and New Mexico have decided to adopt California’s vehicle emission standards and zero-emissions vehicle (ZEV) mandate, Reuters reported on 26 September citing the governors of the two states.
