Toyota working with Suzuki to launch compact BEV in India
Companies entered into a partnership in 2017 when they signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to launch electric vehicles in the Indian market in 2020
Toyota has confirmed that it is planning to launch a compact battery electric vehicle (BEV) along with Suzuki in India, The Economic Times reported on 22 October citing Shigeki Terashi, executive vice president, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC).
