Acquisition to strengthen ABB’s ties with Chinese EV manufacturers
Switzerland’s ABB is set to acquire a majority stake of 67% in Shanghai Chargedot New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Chargedot), a major Chinese e-mobility solution provider, the company announced on 28 October.
