Company contributed approximately USD172 million in cash to Morse TEC
BorgWarner has divested in its wholly-owned subsidiary BorgWarner Morse TEC LLC to Enstar Holdings (US) LLC, a subsidiary of Enstar Group Limited, the company announced on 30 October.
