Recall covers MY 2015 through 2020 Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukun SUVs and MY 2014–18 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 through GMC Sierra pickup trucks

General Motors (GM) is recalling 638,000 SUVs and pickup trucks in the United States for defective wheel-hub sensor which could cause unintended braking, Reuters reported on 31 October. The recall covers model year 2015 through 2020 Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe and Yukun SUVs and 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 through GMC Sierra pickup trucks, equipped with 5.3 L engine and 3.08- ratio rear axle and four-wheel drive.
