Cooper Tire to acquire 100% ownership of Mexican JV facility
Facility makes passenger car and light truck tires
Cooper Tire & Rubber Company has announced plans to increase ownership in its Mexican joint venture (JV) tire manufacturing facility, Corporación de Occidente S.A. de C.V. (COOCSA), from 58% to 100%, according to a press release earlier this month
