Yanfeng Automotive Interiors is selling its automotive interior plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States, to a local private equity firm Green Light Growth Partner, MiBiz reported. The plant manufactures interior trim components for automotive industry and is equipped with injection molding, paint and assembly capabilities. It has 400 employees. The transaction is expected to complete in the month of December.
