Synopsys has said that Samsung Foundry deployed the Synopsys TestMAX XLBIST solution on an automotive integrated circuit (IC) to provide dynamic in-system testing for critical failures in order to meet stringent automotive functional safety (FuSa) requirements, according to a press release dated 11 November.
