Acquisition strengthens Indorama Ventures' presence in the automotive interior market
Indorama Ventures, a global chemical producer, has successfully completed the acquisition of Sinterama S.p.A, an Italy-based producer of polyester automotive interiors and high-performance colored yarns, according to a company press release on 20 November 2019.
