SAE to launch industry-led research project for improving EV charging infrastructure
Project will look at more secure implementation of Plug & Charge for ISO 15118 and CHAdeMO 2.0 protocols
Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE) is planning to form an industry-led pre-competitive research project to strengthen electric vehicle (EV) charging system security, SAE announced in a press release on 5 December.
