Toshiba uses Cypress Semper NOR Flash for next-generation ADAS
The Semper NOR Flash supports automotive temperatures up to +125°C
Cypress Semiconductor has announced that Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage has picked Cypress’ Semper NOR Flash for its next-generation Visconti family of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), the company said in a press release on 11 December.
