Martinrea International to acquire Metalsa’s ‘Structural Components For Passenger Cars Division’
The deal is valued at around USD19.5 million in cash
Martinrea International Inc. has inked an agreement with Metalsa S.A. de C.V., Mexico-based manufacturer of metal structures for light and commercial vehicles of the automotive industry, to acquire the latter’s ‘Structural Components for Passenger Cars Division’, the two companies said in separate press releases on 19 December.
