Fiat Chrysler Automobiles agree to sell Teksid’s cast iron business to Brazilian supplier Tupy
Teksid’s aluminum business is not included in the transaction and will remain a strategic asset in FCA’s portfolio
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has entered into an agreement with Tupy S.A. to sell FCA’s global cast iron automotive components business, which is operated through FCA’s subsidiary Teksid S.p.A., the automaker said in a press release on 20 December
