Maxim unveils SiC gate driver for EVs and other systems
The MAX22701E has an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C
Maxim has unveiled an Isolated Silicon Carbide Gate Driver for electric cars, motor drives among other applications, the company said in a press release on 17 December.
