ZF secures US, EU approval for Wabco deal
The European Commission said the deal raises no competition
German auto parts major ZF Friedrichshafen has secured unconditional US and EU antitrust approval for its previously announced USD7 billion acquisition of Wabco, Reuters reported on 23 January.
