Tata AutoComp Systems, an auto-component conglomerate, has signed a joint venture (JV) with China-based Prestolite Electric Beijing to design, engineer, manufacture and supply powertrain solutions for the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market, according to a report by ETAuto on 24 January.
