Adient sells premium seating business Recaro
Transaction became effective 1 January 2020
Adient has sold its premium automotive seating brand Recaro to Raven Acquisition, a US-based investment company, Crain’s Detroit Business reported on 31 December. The transaction became effective on 1 January 2020.
