Ford selects EMG as HD map provider for autonomous driving project in China
EMG’s technology and service will support Ford’s Connected Blue Zone (CBZ) autonomous driving project in China
Ford has selected eMapgo Technologies (EMG), a subsidiary of China-based Luokung Technology Corporation, as the provider of high-definition (HD) map service for its future intelligent vehicles in the Chinese market, Luokung said in a press release on 11 February. EMG will receive a fee on the sale of each Ford vehicle featuring its technology and service.
